If you are playing a stamina based damage dealer build, you will be spending a lot of time in Wrothgar zone. If you are doing the story line quest in Wrothgar zone, towards the end you will be completing the quest Blood on a King's Hands. In this quest line you will be required to solve a puzzle to open secret passage. This is a puzzle where you will have three blocks that need to be rotated to have the symbols on them in correct order.
If you are not paying attention, you will not even notice a block that is on a floor above. You only see two blocks when you face towards statue head. So what is the correct position of symbols on three blocks. The hint starts with talk to a NPC who tells you that there are books in this room that will have information about puzzle and how to solve it. When you read the books on the Bookshelf, one of the books will have following piece of text in it.

Three clans mentioned in this text are represented by 3 symbols on these stone blocks. What this puzzle translates to is as below.
- Rotate left stone till wolf symbol points towards the entrance door of this big room.
- Rotate right stone till hammer symbol points towards the entrance door of this big room.
- Rotate stone on floor above till owl symbol points towards the big orc statue head where other two stone blocks are placed.
After you have correctly positioned symbols on three stone blocks, secret passage in front of big orc statue head will open.
